The U.W. Madison - Mechatronics Lab has available commercial off the shelf (COTS) laboratory instruments:

Faculty, Staff, & Students can check out for up to a 3 day period the majority of the lab's instrumentation including:

USB based Dynamic Signal Analyzers (Also function as oscilloscopes)
Digital Storage Oscilloscopes
Oscilloscope/Logic Analyzer combination instruments
DC Power Supplies
Function Generators
