Web Motion Control Experiment - Installation & Configuration

Minimum Requirements - Processor performance equivalent to a 350 MHz x86 processor or better, 1024x768 resolution, and internet connection 64Kbps or faster, and a web browser supporting frames/JavaScript.
You will need sufficient privileges on you computer to install the plug-ins. I.e. administrator (Windows) or root (Unix/Linux) level access. Standard user privileges are sufficient for running the plug-ins.
For Windows Platforms just visiting the page will cause the automatic download for both the Axis Webcam plug-in and the National Instruments (NI) LabVIEW Run-time Engine - NOTE The automated installation on a Windows machine can take a long time with a slow internet connection as the LabVIEW Run-time Engine download is 34.5 MB
Install Axis Webcam plug-in. In Windows/InternetExplorer the plug-in will automatically download and start to install. The Axis plug-in is found here (local). Windows screen shots are found here. If you have installed WinXP SP2 you may need these instructions to enable this plugin in Internet Explorer
Installation Instructions for LabVIEW Run-time Engine Version 7.1.1 for all platforms. Pick the instructions for your platform.
